This townhouse was the first Real Estate purchase made by our President, Brandy!

In this sprawling 4 bed 4 bath property she lived alone and decided immediately to house-hack! House-hacking was the catalyst for Scion Property Group.

The sale of this townhouse afforded more than the down payment on the next property.

This SFH was afforded by using some of the profit from the sale of the townhouse!

After living in this home for a few years we've added value by doing typical cosmetic upgrades as well as upgrading it from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom home. 

Our next value-add considerations are finishing the basement and adding an exterior door to create an illegal suite.

Our Vice-President, Sam refinanced our primary home in 2022 to acquire this spacious 4 level-split with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths [UP] and 2 bedrooms 1 bath [DOWN]. 

This BRRRR was a hefty project and well worth the time and effort. Now, on to the next project!

We also have two  other properties we've joint-ventured on in Canada. We will be closing on two more Canadian rentals in April 2023!
